Bangladesh e-commerce giant daraz.com.bd, with the intent to inspire future marketers and entrepreneurship, tagged with one of the leading private Universities of the country Independent University, Bangladesh and organized a two day event titled “Daraz Presents – IUB Marketing Carnival”

The event took place at IUB premises on 9^th and 10^th March. At the event, there were 30 stalls which displayed different kinds of food, clothing, electronics, and fun activities. Most of the stalls were run by IUB students. They approached the food shops, vendors and brands, cut a deal based on profit-sharing model. Some of the students were more innovative than others. They came up with their own products and services to participate in the event. Big brand stores such as, Bata, Jennys, Karigari, Watches world, Excel electronics, Nitol Electronics, Straw Jeans, Radio Foorti, including Daraz’s own store were there to adorn the two day long marketing carnival. A big thank-you to the Daraz BD Marketing protégés Munawwar Chowdhury and Amit Zaman for locking all the brands and deals in for this event.
