  1. This Terms and Conditions applies to the participants who take part in the Daraz Flash Puzzle Challenge. (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).
  2. By participating in this Contest, the Participant accepts and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions of the Contest.
  3. This contest is only applicable for Daraz users and users can only participate in this contest via the Daraz App.
  4. This contest will be run from April 4 – April 14, 2022, inclusive of both days (“Contest Period”).
  5. No payment is required to participate in the “Daraz Flash Puzzle Challenge” and it is a “Free Participation” Contest.
  6. This activity does not charge any fees and accepts electronic submissions only through the Daraz App.
  7. In order to take part in this free participation contest, participants will have to first collect the puzzle challenge at BDT 0 (zero) value and check out the puzzle.
  8. The participants can collect the puzzle until the quantity lasts.
  9. A new puzzle will be eligible for collection every day during the Contest Period.
  10. The challenge will contain an image-based puzzle with multiple answers, the participant will have to brainstorm and find out the right answer from the image and submit their answer in the review section.
  11. The challenge will be delivered to the participants at their designated contact number via SMS the following day between 10AM-3PM (“Delivery Hours”)
  12. The participants will then have to submit the correct answer by commenting in the review section starting from 17.00 hours (“Answering Hour”)
  13. Only entries received during the Answering Hour shall be considered for the Winner for that particular day of the Promotion (“Valid Answer”)
  14. Any entries received outside the Answering Hour shall not be considered a valid entry. If a participant submits multiple correct comments, the first correct comment within the valid answering period will prevail.
  15. The participants who correctly solve the puzzle and submit the correct answer in the review section during the answering hour, within the shortest possible time shall be the winner for that day of the contest period (“Daily Winners”)
  16. There will be a total of 11 (Eleven) winners during the contest period.
  17. If a participant takes part in the contest on multiple days during the contest period, only the first correct answer made within the shortest period will prevail and the participant will get the opportunity to win the daily prize for that day only.
  18. The winners will be declared on 20th April 2022 in the Daraz Facebook/Fan Club.
  19. Each winner will get an exclusive gift from Daraz mentioned in the Daraz Flash Puzzle Challenge Page.
  20. The winners will be contacted through the contact details i.e. phone number/email id provided in the Daraz Account.
  21. Provided that the winner cannot be reached, busy, or unavailable after consecutive three attempts to establish contact, the second-best participant shall be selected as the new winner.
  22. Participants will not be eligible to win multiple items subject to these Terms and Conditions. Moreover, users with multiple accounts with the same device will not be eligible for the contest.
  23. Any prizes won are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be en-cashed with money.
  24. Daraz reserves the right to disqualify entries from user accounts that are deemed as fraudulent or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  25. Daraz reserves the right to vary, withheld, or cancel this contest without any prior notice.

বাংলাদেশে ইফতারে ছোলা একটি জনপ্রিয় খাবার। ছোলায় প্রচুর পরিমাণে প্রোটিন থাকে। তবে অতিরিক্ত তেল ও মসলায় ভুনা ছোলা অনেক সময় উপকারের থেকে ক্ষতিই করে বেশি। তারচেয়ে বেশি উপকার পেতে পারেন কাঁচা ছোলায়। ছোলা ভাল করে ধুয়ে সারারাত ভিজিয়ে ইফতারের আগে আগে পেঁয়াজ, রসূন, মরিচ, আদা ও খাঁটি সরিষার তেল দিয়ে ভালো করে মাখিয়ে পরিবেশন করতে পারেন। এছাড়া সিদ্ধ ছোলার সাথে পেঁয়াজ, মরিচ, শশা, টমেটো ইত্যাদি মিশিয়ে খেলেও অনেক খাদ্য আঁশ ও প্রোটিন পাওয়া যায়, যা আপনার ক্লান্ত শরীরে যোগাবে প্রয়োজনীয় প্রাণ শক্তি।

মিষ্টি জাতীয় খাবার

ইফতারে চিড়া, খেজুর ও আখের গুড়, পাটালি, জিলাপি ও বন্দিয়া জাতীয় খাবারের প্রচলন রয়েছে আমাদের দেশে। তবে ইফতারিতে একটি আদর্শ খাবার হতে পারে দই-চিড়া ও দুধ-চিড়া অথবা কলা-চিড়া ও আম-চিড়া। এইসব খাবার পেট ঠান্ডা রাখে ফলে গ্যাসের সমস্যা হওয়ার সম্ভবনা থাকে না। তাই সেহরি ও ইফতারের খাবার হিসেবে এই ধরণের খাবার বেশি পরিমাণে রাখতে পারেন মেনুতে। এছাড়া পরিমিত পরিমাণে মিষ্টান্নের সাথে গুঁড়া দুধ কিংবা তরল দুধের তৈরি মিষ্টি জাতীয় খাবার যেমন ফালুদা, কাস্টার্ড, পুডিং, ফিরনি বা পায়েস ও সেমাই ইত্যাদি খাওয়া যেতে পারে। অন্যদিকে চা অথবা কফি কিংবা পেট গরম করে এমন খাবার যত কম খাওয়া যায়, ততই মঙ্গল।

শাকসবজি

উচ্চ ভিটামিন সমৃদ্ধ শাকসবজি আপনাকে প্রয়োজনীয় পুষ্টি যোগায়, যা আপনার শরীরের জন্য অতি দরকারি। তাই মাঝে মাঝে চকবাজারের ইফতার খেতে পারেন, কিন্তু খেয়াল রাখবেন অধিকাংশ সময়ই যেন ইফতার আলুর চপ, অতিরিক্ত তেল চপচপ করে ভাজা খাবার, হালিম, বিরিয়ানি প্রভৃতি কম থাকে। তারচেয়ে সবজি পাকোড়া, সবজীর স্যুপ, শাকের বড়া, বেগুনী ও রসূনের চপ প্রভৃতি খাবার বেশি উপকারি হতে পারে।

– এছাড়া ইফতারের ক্ষেত্রে যেসব বিষয় মনে রাখতে পারেন –

  • মাগরেবের আযান পড়ার সাথে সাথে খুব তাড়াহুড়া করে অধিক পরিমাণে ইফতার করা উচিৎ নয়। কারণ সারাদিন না খেয়ে থাকার পর একসাথে অনেক বেশি খাবার আপনার জন্য হিতে বিপরীত হতে পারে। ধীরে ধীরে সময় নিয়ে ইফতার করুন।
  • অনেকেই ডায়েট ইফতার করেন যেটা একেবারেই উচিৎ না। সারাদিন না খেয়ে থেকে এমনিতেই আপনার শরীর দুর্বল থাকে। তাই ইফতারে ডায়েট না করে সুষম খাবার গ্রহণের প্রতি মনযোগী হওয়া উচিৎ।
  • চেষ্টা করবেন ইফতারে যেন সব ধরণের খাদ্য উপাদান থাকে।
  • ইফতারে অতিরিক্ত খাবার খাওয়া ঠিক না। তারচেয়ে অল্প বিরতিতে কিছুক্ষণ পর পর খাবার গ্রহণ করতে পারেন।
  • ইফতার করার পরপরই ঘুমিয়ে পড়বেন না। কিছুটা হাঁটাচলা করুন।
  • প্রচুর পরিমাণে পানি পান করুন, ইদানিং গরম বেশি বলে আগেই পানি ফ্রিজ এ রাখতে পারেন কিংবা ফ্রিজের বরফ ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। মনে রাখবেন রোজা রাখার সবচেয়ে বড় চ্যালেঞ্জ হচ্ছে পানিশুন্যতা, যা আপনাকে হিটস্ট্রোকের দিকে ঠেলে দিতে পারে। তবে শুরুতেই একসাথে অনেক পানি পান করা অনুচিৎ।

  • Hit the Nose: If you were attacked from the front, use your fists to create some room in between and then hit the nose of the attacker with your forehead. Then using your knee, hit him in the groin!
