| What is SME sellers? | SMEs (Small Medium Enterprise) on Daraz are sellers with sales lSMEs for BD : GMV <40000 in Feb 2020 |
| Can I avail 0% commission opportunity? | The commission will be waived for all sellers whose sales were for SMEs : GMV <40000 in the month of February for all orders delivered between 1st May and 30th June 2020. The commission will also be waived for all new sellers who registered after 1st March |
| How do I check how much I have earned in the month of February? | In order to check if you earn money online less than SMEs : GMV <40000 in Feb 2020 all you need to do is sum up the total payouts of both cycles in February. . |
| Do I get subsidized packaging? | The current packaging rates are subsidized for all sellers. |
| Till when will commission be 0%? | The commission fee will be 0% for all orders delivered by SME sellers (sellers who earned less than in the month of February) between the 1st May and 30th June |
| Is 0% commission applicable to a new seller | Yes, all sellers who registered after 1st March are eligible for 0% commission as well as new sellers joined after this period. The waiver of commission fee is applicable between 1st May to 30th June. |
| How can I get my shop marketed/promoted by Daraz? | All sellers can enjoy this benefit as Daraz is investing in marketing to boost traffic to your online shops. It will be automatically be done by Daraz. |
| What is Express sign up? | Express sign up is a Daraz initiative to assist aspiring sellers in setting up their shop on Daraz within 2 days provided the individual/potential seller has submitted all details required and they are correct and verifiable. |
| What is the fulfillment SLA for orders right now? | The fulfillment SLA has been extended to days for all sellers who are currently online keeping in mind the situation in the country. This is subject to change as situation develops and all sellers will be notified upon any change. |
